Payment Failures and Billing Issues
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again over the next few days. During this time:
- Your Pro access continues while we retry the payment
- You'll receive email notifications about the failed payment
- You can update your payment method to resolve the issue
- After multiple failures, your subscription may be suspended
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you've been charged incorrectly or multiple times, contact us immediately at support@creditglow.co. We'll investigate and refund any duplicate charges within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds may not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Renewal charges after the initial 30-day period
- Requests made more than 30 days after initial purchase
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
Free Trial Users
If we offer a free trial period:
- You won't be charged during the trial period

Price Changes
