What this is
CreditGlow is a set of free tools and guides for understanding and building credit: calculators and planners that show their work, letter generators for disputes and goodwill requests (asking a creditor to forgive a late payment), and plain-language guides that explain what actually moves a credit score, and why.
Why it exists
Understanding credit shouldn't cost money. Credit repair companies often charge around $100 a month for letters you can write yourself in five minutes, and the basics are simple once someone shows you. CreditGlow was built because that gap between what the industry charges and what the help actually costs felt wrong. It is a small operation, run by one person.
How it stays free
Every tool and guide here is free, with no account and no usage caps. The site pays for itself if you ever open a card through a link here, and that never changes what we show you. When a link can earn a commission, we say so where it appears.
What this is not
CreditGlow is educational content, not individualized financial advice. We are not a credit repair organization and not a financial advisor. The letter tools help you write letters yourself; nothing here charges you to improve your credit record, and nothing here promises outcomes.
What happens to what you type
The tools run in your browser, and what you type never leaves it. There is no account and no email capture, and we never ask you to connect a credit report or score. Like most sites we use basic analytics to see which pages get visited, never what you type; details are in the Privacy Policy.
